The important moment of the conference was a demonstration of practical skills of students attending vocational schools participating in the Erasmus + program. School No. 7 as the only catering school from Silesia has been invited to this conference. Samuel Roszer, a third-grade student, presented his practical skills in molecular cuisine by preparing "Chocolate spaghetti with strawberry caviar, coconut foam and mint pie". The work was presented in dry ice, which is very spectacular. Another student Magdalena Brzana, from the first class, made caramel installations "Ocean depth", "Christmas wrath" and "The breath of spring".
